The Megaman HR LED recessed luminaire in nickel with a beam angle of 36° and a power of 9W is a high-quality professional recessed luminaire that is operated with an external driver. With its flat design and recessed depth of only 30mm, it is ideal for modern and sophisticated lighting solutions.

The luminaire features a hybrid optic with an LED COB system that provides excellent color rendering of Ra95. This makes the light particularly natural and true to color, providing pleasant and high-quality lighting.

To operate the HR LED recessed luminaire, an external LED constant current driver with an output current of 500mA and an output voltage of DC16-21V is required. For this purpose, the standard LED driver from Megaman® with the designation MM56018 can be used, which provides a universal dimming function from 100% to 5%.

The luminaire offers several options for dimming control. The MM56017 and MM56018 LED drivers are compatible with most leading-edge and trailing-edge phase dimmers, providing a smooth and flicker-free dimming curve from 100% to 5%. In addition, the luminaire is also dimmable via DALI, DSI and 1-10V control when an appropriately dimmable LED driver is used.

The HR LED recessed luminaire in nickel is an extremely versatile lighting solution with the possibility of U-Dim function, but this requires a special U-Dim driver. Thanks to hybrid technology, the luminaire offers numerous benefits, including optional light control to target light, halogen optics for pleasant light distribution, and reduced glare to create a comfortable and glare-free lighting environment.
