The Megaman HR LED recessed spotlight in nickel with dim to warm function, a beam angle of 36° and a power of 6W offers a professional lighting solution with high quality light. The luminaire is powered by an external driver and features a low-profile housing with a mounting depth of only 30mm. Thanks to the hybrid optics with an LED COB system, an excellent color rendering of Ra97 is achieved, resulting in a particularly high-quality and lifelike lighting effect.

The special feature of "Dim-to-Warm" allows the luminaire to change its light color from warm white (3000K) to extra-warm white (1800K) when dimmed. In doing so, the light behaves similarly to incandescent and halogen lamps when dimmed down, in that it becomes not only dimmer, but also warmer. This creates a cozy atmosphere and creates a pleasant mood in any room.

To operate the HR LED recessed spotlight, an external LED constant current driver with an output current of 350mA and an output voltage of DC16-24V is required. The standard LED driver from Megaman® that can be used is the MM56017-2, which provides a universal dimming function from 100% to 5%.

The MEGAMAN MM56017 and MM56018 LED drivers can be controlled by most leading-edge and trailing-edge phase dimmers, providing a flicker-free dimming curve from 100% to 5%. In addition, the luminaire is also dimmable via DALI, DSI and 1-10V control when an appropriately dimmable LED driver is used.

The HR LED recessed spotlight is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and has an IP44 rating, which protects it from splashing water and dust. This makes it versatile and suitable for both residential and outdoor use.
