Feature:

The mlight CCT strip 18W/m, 2,700K - 6,500K, 5m roll is a high quality solution for a variety of lighting applications. A special feature of this product is the CCT strip with 120 SMDs/m (1+1), which covers a wide color temperature range of 2,700K - 6,500K. The strip has a high quality double layer copper PCB tape and efficient and durable 2835 SMDs. In addition, it offers very good color rendering with an Ra value of over 80.

The mlight CCT strip is equipped with a heat and UV resistant 3M adhesive tape on the back for easy and safe installation. The maximum length of the strip is 5 m with a single-sided feed. To ensure durable operation, the use of an aluminum profile is recommended.

Please note that the mlight CCT strip may only be operated with an LED converter 24V DC. In addition, an additional controller is required for control and color change, which is listed on pages 264-265.

The mlight CCT strip 18W/m provides an efficient and long-lasting lighting solution suitable for a variety of applications, from residential lighting to commercial environments.

Important:

It is important to note that there is an increased amount of heat generated when using the mlight CCT strip 18W/m. Therefore, a suitable aluminum profile must be used to cool the LED strip, such as the AB-12F LED surface mount profile (81-4500). If the LED strip is not cooled sufficiently, this can drastically reduce the life of the strip. It is therefore advisable to take appropriate measures to prevent overheating.

It should also be noted that the mlight CCT strip may only be operated with a SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) certified 24V DC (direct current) LED converter. It is important that when installing the LED strip, the interfaces marked on the strip (every 100mm) are observed to avoid damage to the strip.

A separate control device is required for color control, such as the mlight Multi Controller (81-4430) and the LED Radio Remote Control (81-4441). With this additional information, you can ensure that the mlight CCT strip 18W/m will operate properly and have a long life.

CCT Strip:

Two-color LED strips with adjustable color temperature (also called CCT strips: Coralated Color Temperature) offer a convenient way to adjust the light color to the situation and preference. A CCT strip is equipped with both warm white and cool white LEDs, which can be controlled by appropriate control devices. By mixing the brightness of both LEDs to each other, the desired color temperature can be continuously adjusted.
