ISOLED LED light strip outdoor 96,5 cm, IP67, 24V, RGB

Absolutely waterproof LED batten luminaires due to multi-stage full encapsulation process

In order to be able to operate linear LED lighting concepts safely and trouble-free in wet cells, damp rooms, in outdoor areas and especially under water, at least protection class IP67 must be guaranteed.

We achieve this absolute watertightness by fully encapsulating the LED aluminum profiles with synthetic resin (PUR - polyurethane). In a unique process, liquid two-component PUR is fed directly into the profile in six layers with extreme precision (for coloring 3-K-PUR - e.g. opal). The multi-stage application of the heated resin prevents air bubbles, inclusions and cracks.

The resin covers the LED Flexband, the connection cabling and the entire interior of the profile and closes flush with the top edge or the side edges. The linear LED lighting element is now sealed and absolutely waterproof. Further advantages are the protection of the LED chips and the electronics as well as the reduction of the mechanical stress of the aluminum profile.
