A LED filament lamp is an electric light source in which LED filaments are housed in a glass bulb similar to an incandescent lamp. In this lamp, the LED filaments are very reminiscent of the charm of the old incandescent lamps. Due to the lack of a heat sink, the light is also cast to the rear. Dark shadows belong to the also with LED lamps of the past. The lamp produces a pleasant warm white light and creates a cozy atmosphere. With large beam angle, the lamp is ideal for illuminating rooms. LED filament lamps consist largely of the same components as classic incandescent lamps with carbon filament or tungsten filament.
