Made by hand

Permanent mold casting is a traditional manufacturing process in which liquid metal is poured into a mold, which is then cooled without outside influences. All the necessary steps are done by hand. Manufacturing lights using this process has been a tradition at Konstsmide for decades. Even today we manufacture our lights this way, in our own Konstsmide factory.
