ISOLED LED Flexband CRI923/950, 24V, 20W

Separation point: 50mm with 12 SMD each. Pitch (chip center-center): 8.33mm. Solder pad pitch (center-center): 2.8mm. 1 roll = 5m. Max. flex tape length per feed: 5m. Length tolerance + thermal expansion: 1%. Incl. 3M 5604A adhesive tape. Clean and degrease substrate before sticking! Do not remove again!

Dimmable via PWM (pulse width modulated DC voltage supply) via upstream controller or dimmable transformer.

Applications

Fully sheathed flexible boards for outdoor applications, wet areas and floor profiles. The flex strips in this series combine excellent resistance to sub-zero temperatures. They can be temporarily exposed to condensation moisture (IP67) or permanently installed under water (IP68).

The versions with polyethylene potting cannot be harmed by chlorine cleaners and salt water for years. The versions in opal silicone tubing make it possible to implement an almost homogeneous light line outdoors even without a profile and cover.

A cooling profile can be advantageous for installation, but is not absolutely necessary. The operating heat is only dissipated to a limited extent by the insulation on the underside of the board.

Mounting brackets are included with all rollers. For the articles with silicone encapsulation/jacket, a strong, double-sided adhesive tape (type 3M VHB) is also attached to the back.
