Payment methods

Orders via our online shop can be paid with the following payment methods.

ApplePay is offered as an efficient and easy option for mobile payments, especially for iOS users, to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Once you have registered your debit or credit card in the Wallet app, ApplePay is available as a payment option in online shops that support this method.

To pay with us via Apple Pay, select ApplePay as your payment method during the checkout process. In the final step of the order, you confirm the purchase by clicking on the ApplePay button. You will then be asked to enter your passcode or use Face ID to confirm the payment. You do not need to enter your card details again. After successful confirmation, the order confirmation page will be displayed.

Belfius

The Belfius Pay Button is an online payment solution from Belfius, one of the largest banks in Belgium. Customers who have an account with Belfius can use this method for direct online transfers. This makes it quick and easy to pay for online purchases.

How does it work? Thank you for choosing to pay with the Belfius Pay Button. You have two convenient options for making your transfer:

Via the smartphone app: simply scan the QR code and authorise the payment with the Belfius Pay Button via the app. All the necessary payment information is already stored in the app, making the process quick and easy.

Via Belfius Direct Net: Confirm the payment with your card reader to use the Belfius Pay Button for online payments. This method offers additional security through the trusted Belfius online banking system.

Please note that all payments made via the Belfius Pay Button are secure and binding. Once confirmed, transfers cannot be cancelled, allowing merchants to start processing your order immediately after payment confirmation.

Billie

Billie is a payment method designed for both merchants and commercial buyers. It offers a fast and secure way to pay for purchases within 30 days.

How does the Billie payment system work?

When paying, select ‘Billie: Buy now, pay later’ as your payment method.

Enter all the required information. Meanwhile, a quick authorisation process runs in the background in real time.

Once your order has been finalised, a pop-up window will appear to confirm the transaction.

As soon as we, the retailer, note that your order has been dispatched, you will receive a regular invoice from us. This invoice contains a payment term of 30 days, whereby payment is made by bank transfer.

This payment option is specifically designed for business transactions and offers commercial buyers additional flexibility when processing their purchases.

Credit Card

EPS

EPS, short for ‘Electronic Payment Standard’, is a secure online payment system developed in co-operation with Austrian banks. It enables you to make online purchases easily via online banking. In Austria, the eps transfer is the preferred method for online transactions.

An online banking account with one of the participating banks is required to pay with eps-Überweisung. Select your bank during the payment process and log in to online banking. Check the preset payment information there and authorise the payment via eps to successfully complete your purchase.

iDeal

When using this specific Dutch payment method, the payment is transferred directly from your bank account, similar to Sofortüberweisung. This happens immediately during the ordering process. Once we have received your order, you will receive the invoice by e-mail, which you can use for your records. The goods will then be sent to the relevant shipping company without delay.

ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers.

If you choose iDEAL as your payment method in the Netherlands, the process is as follows:

In the checkout process, you select iDEAL as your payment method and enter your house bank.

You will then be redirected to your bank's online banking environment, which ensures the security of the transaction.

There you log in securely with your access data.

The payment details, including the total amount and other transfer information, are already stored in the system. All you have to do is confirm the payment.

After confirming the payment, you will be redirected back to your online shop.

You will immediately receive confirmation of the successful payment and we can start processing your order straight away as the payment is secure.

Delivery times

Within Germany, the delivery times stated in the offer apply. For deliveries abroad, please allow 2-4 additional delivery days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Items with different delivery times will be sent in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
