Product description Kanlux motion detector PIR ALER MINI

Kanlux Motion Detector PIR ALER MINI

Kanlux motion detector PIR ALER MINI is a powerful infrared sensor with a maximum motion detection range of 8m and a horizontal detection angle of 140°. The light time of the sensor is adjustable and can be set between 10 seconds and 15 minutes. In addition, the device offers the possibility to adjust the ambient light intensity at which it operates.

The minimalist design of the ALER MINI-W motion sensor makes it an aesthetically pleasing choice for various applications. The sensor can be adjusted vertically by 45° and horizontally by 90° to meet individual needs, thanks to its simple mechanical adjustment.

Kanlux motion detector PIR ALER MINI has a high degree of protection (IP44), which means that it can be installed in places directly exposed to the weather. It is an excellent choice for outdoor use, such as driveways, garages, gardens or terraces. With its reliable motion detection and adjustable light time, the ALER MINI-W motion sensor provides an effective lighting solution that can enhance security and comfort in your home or business.

PIR Sensor

A PIR (Passive Infrared Sensor) sensor is an electronic device that detects infrared radiation from moving objects. The sensor is commonly used in motion detectors and alarm systems to provide quick detection of people or animals in a room or area.

The operation of a PIR sensor is based on the detection of infrared radiation emitted by an object with a temperature above the ambient temperature. When a person or animal enters the sensor's detection range, the infrared radiation is registered and the sensor sends a signal to the connected device to trigger an action.

PIR sensors have the advantage of being very sensitive to motion while saving energy because they are only activated when something moves within the detection range. They are used in many applications, such as lighting controls, home automation, security systems and more.

PIR sensors are a reliable and energy-efficient motion detection technology. They provide fast and accurate detection of people and animals in a room or area and are an excellent choice for a variety of applications.
